In Ep 4 of The Canvas Project, I chat with Alex (@livepcld) about vulnerability and self-awareness, and how we use these principles to take risks and pursue the things that matter. While there is often a negative connotation associated with vulnerability, there is another angle to look at it — and that’s the desire to make yourself vulnerable and put yourself out there when doing something big.
Alex’s Cycle of Vulnerability:
1) Internal work to learn about yourself and asking the why/how/what for day-to-day moments
2) Internal maintenance by practicing mindfulness and gratitude
3) External practice by living out the vulnerability and reflecting on each experience
